Our Journey as an Islamic School
At Kingston Islamic School and College we take pride in being more than just an educational institute — we are a community built on the values of knowledge, faith, and character. As an Islamic school, our vision is to nurture students who are not only academically successful but also spiritually connected and morally strong.
We believe education is complete when it develops the mind, heart, and soul. Alongside modern subjects like Science, Mathematics, and English, we focus on teaching the Qur’an, Hadith, Islamic Studies, and character building (Tarbiyah). This balance ensures that our students grow into well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to society while holding firmly to their Islamic identity.
Every day begins with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and a reminder of the values taught by our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Lessons are integrated with Islamic teachings, helping children understand how faith and knowledge work together in real life.
Our school also emphasizes practical application of Islamic manners (Adab) — respecting parents and teachers, honesty in actions, kindness towards peers, and service to the community. Through activities, assemblies, and events, students learn that Islam is not just a subject, but a way of life.
As we move forward, our mission remains clear: to provide quality education in a faith-based environment where every child learns, grows, and thrives in the light of Islam.
